• Selected actors may be featured on the homepage with admin approval.

6. Sharing of Data

We may share your data with:

• Verified directors and serial production managers (for casting purposes only)

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (under strict confidentiality agreements)

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeekCra platform, available at https://seekcra.com and https://seekcra.in. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Platform Overview

SeekCra is an online platform that connects:

• Actors who create profiles and apply for auditions
• Directors who view actor profiles and post casting calls
• Serial Managers who manage ongoing casting for TV serials

SeekCra acts as a connector between talent and industry professionals. We do not guarantee selection for any project or employment outcomes.

3. Account Types and Roles

There are four main user roles on SeekCra:

• Actor Account – Can create a profile, upload photos/videos, and apply for auditions by paying the required fees.
• Director Account – Can create casting calls and view actor profiles.
• Serial Manager Account – Can manage ongoing casting for serials and view actor profiles.
• Admin Account – Manages platform operations, approvals, and user management.

All users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and usage.

4. User Responsibilities

By using SeekCra, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information
• Use the platform only for its intended purpose (casting and auditions)
• Respect the privacy and data of other users
• Not upload inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
• Not misuse actor contact information for personal or unrelated purposes
• Not engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Profile Content Guidelines

Actors may upload:

• Profile photo(s) (maximum 5)
• Introduction videos (maximum 2)
• Experience, skills, and bio information
• Contact details and preferences
• Physical attributes and language proficiency

You must not upload:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Fake identities or misleading profiles
• Hate speech, violence, or abusive content
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Spam or promotional material unrelated to acting

Any violation of these guidelines will result in account suspension or permanent deletion without notice.

6. Viewing and Use of Actor Profiles

Only verified Directors and Serial Managers may view actor profiles and contact information. This access is provided solely for casting and audition-related purposes.

Any misuse of this access, including using actor data for personal or unauthorized reasons, will lead to immediate account termination and possible legal action.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

• Actors are required to pay a fee of ₹149 to apply for auditions and access premium features.
• All fees are clearly mentioned on the payment page.
• Payments can be made via UPI or online payment gateway (Razorpay).
• All payments are subject to admin verification and approval.
• Once a service is used (e.g., profile is created or an audition is applied for), no refunds will be issued.
• Refunds may be issued only if the user has not used any part of the service after payment and requests a refund within 24 hours.
• Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of transaction.

8. Underage Users (Under 18)

• Users under the age of 18 must register with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• The parent or guardian must provide their full details during registration including name, phone, email, and relationship.
• Parent/guardian consent must be explicitly provided via checkbox confirmation.
• Admin will verify parent/guardian information before approving minor accounts.
• We reserve the right to verify age and reject or delete underage accounts without proper consent.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's activity on the platform.

9. Account Approval and Status

• All new accounts are subject to admin review and approval.
• Directors and Serial Manager account requests require additional verification.
• Accounts can have status: Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Blocked.
• Admin reserves the right to approve, reject, or block accounts at their discretion.
• Blocked accounts cannot access the platform and may be permanently deleted.

10. Account Termination and Blocking

SeekCra reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for any of the following reasons:

• Uploading inappropriate or prohibited content
• Misuse of other users' data
• Fraudulent activity or impersonation
• Harassment, abuse, or spamming
• Violation of platform rules or terms
• Non-payment or payment fraud
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts

We may also take legal action if the violation is severe.

11. No Guarantee of Selection

SeekCra only facilitates communication between actors and casting professionals. We do not guarantee:

• That an actor will be selected for a role
• That a director or manager will respond to an application
• Any job offers or employment outcomes
• The quality or legitimacy of auditions posted on the platform
• Instant selection after applying - you may need to wait for suitable character opportunities

We are not responsible for any events, agreements, or arrangements that occur after users connect through the platform.

11A. Dialogue and Role Assignment

Important Notice: We do not guarantee that you will receive dialogue or speaking roles in any production. Role assignment, including dialogue, depends entirely on:

• Your performance during auditions and on set
• Your profile suitability for the character
• Your physical appearance and how you fit the character requirements
• Director's and production team's discretion
• Character requirements of the specific project

You may be assigned roles as background artists, supporting roles, or speaking roles based on the above criteria. SeekCra has no control over these decisions.

11B. Payment and Compensation

• Your first day of work payment will be handled directly by the production house or entity that hires you for the project.
• SeekCra is not involved in payment negotiations or transactions between actors and production houses.
• Payment terms, rates, and schedules are determined by the hiring production team, not by SeekCra.
• Any payment disputes should be resolved directly with the production house.
• The platform fee paid to SeekCra is for access to opportunities and does not guarantee any project payment.

12. Audition Applications

• Actors must upload a video audition when applying for roles.
• Applications are visible to directors/serial managers only after payment approval.
• Users can save auditions for later review.
• Users can view their application history and status.
• Selected actors will be notified through the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

• All logos, branding, platform design, and system logic belong to SeekCra.
• Users may not copy, resell, modify, or use our content or branding without written permission.
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos and videos.
• By uploading content, users grant SeekCra a license to display, store, and share content for platform purposes.
• Users must have rights to all content they upload.

14. Limitation of Liability

• SeekCra is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
• We are not responsible for content posted by users or interactions between users.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Users use the platform at their own risk.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for services.

15. Modifications to Service

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
• We may update features, pricing, or policies with prior notice.
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.

16. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
